Reese Witherspoon is reportedly going to marry her fiance Jim Toth next week!

The Oscar-winning actress, 34, and Toth, an agent at Creative Artists Agency in Los Angeles, 40, are planning to wed next Saturday, March 26th at her Ojai Valley estate in California, according to reports.A source told Radaronline the couple will be keeping the wedding small, including around 100 guests and that "candles and flowers will be everywhere, in white and pastels, for an intimate feeling."
As for Witherspoon, who began quietly dating Toth in January 2010, has been spotted wedding dress shopping in Paris and Los Angeles since her December engagement.
Witherspoon divorced actor Ryan Phillippe in 2007 after seven years of marriage. They have two children together, Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7.
This will be the first marriage to Toth.
