Mariah Carey has sparked rumors that she is expecting twins after referring to her fetus as "they" during an interview with Radio Disney's Ernie D. to promote her latest holiday album, Merry Christmas II You on Tuesday.
while revealing that she sings songs from her new album to her baby bump, the 40-year-old mom-to-be accidentally spoke about the baby bump in the plural form.
"I just hope that they don't turn out hating Christmas!" she said.
Carey and her husband Nick Cannon finally confirmed the singer’s pregnancy last month. And the couple have since vowed to keep the sex of the baby a secret. Is that because Carey might be pregnant with twins?
