Miley Cyrus has released the new music video for “Who Owns My Heart”, the 2nd single off her latest album Can't Be Tamed.
Wearing heavy makeup and $exy outfit, the teen pop princess was seen twisting on the bed, applying mascara in the bathroom, partying in clubs, dancing, and grinding on the older men in this clip.
Although the Hannah Montana star is growing up, Cyrus is still sparking some controversy with this music video as some say it is too adult for the pop princess who is only 17.
