Cynthia Rodriguez Alex Rodriguez Divorce Settlement -- Cynthia Rodriguez, and estranged husband, New York Yankee's slugger Alex Rodriguez, aka A-Rod, have finally settled their divorce in Miami on September 18. Terms of the out-of-court settlement were not made public.

"Cynthia and Alex Rodriguez have amicably resolved their dissolution of marriage proceedings. They deliberately engaged in a private negotiation, which was their stated desire from the beginning. It was and remains a personal family matter for both of them. All of their decisions were based upon and guided by the best interests of their daughters." said Maurice Jay Kutner, attorney for Cynthia, in a statement to the media.

Cynthia Rodriguez, 35, dubbed as C-Rod, filed the divorce papers against Alex Rodriguez, 33, back in July, seeking custody of the couple's two daughters, Natasha, 3, and Ella Rodriguez of 5 months old, ownership of their beachfront mansion in Miami and child support and alimony. Cynthia also accused Alex of having extra-marital relationship with Madonna, which was rejected the 50-year-old singer.
