Elin Nordegren, Tiger Woods Wife, Wins Fake Nude Photo Case

Elin Nordegren is a Swedish model and wife of the world's number one golfer, Tiger Woods. The couple wedded, in the exclusive Barbados resort Sandy Lane in October 2004. They have a 'Tiger' daughter named Sam Alexis Woods (pictures).

Just days before the opening of the US Ryder Cup match against Europe in the Irish Republic in September 2006, the Irish magazine Dubliner published a picture of a semi-naked woman alongside a caption referring to Nordegren Woods. But actually it was a doctored picture and not her. So Nordegren filed a lawsuit against the magazine at the Dublin's Circuit civil court.

Not until today December 7th, Elin Nordegren was awarded €250,000 in damages against the magazine Dubliner by the Court.

Apparently, Elin Nordegren won't keep the money for herself. She is going to donate them to cancer support charities in memory of Heather Clarke, the late wife of British golfer Darren Clarke.

Well Done, Elin! You are deserved the compensation from Dubliner!
