Chen Yan (陈燕), a 51-year-old woman [from Sichuan's Jianghan City], waves to crowds while impersonating China's late Chairman Mao Zedong, during a photocall in Mianyang, Sichuan province May 26, 2007. Chen, who stands at 1.55 meters has to wear a pair of specially designed shoes to increase her height to 1.80 meters to imitate Mao. She was discovered by a beautician while impersonating Mao on a local TV show.
